FOR OVERNIGHT USE
1. Circulation of book is for overnight use only. 2. Books borrowed for overnight use are to be returned before 9:00am the following day. 3. A book borrowed during weekends (Fridays) must be returned after three (3) days. 4. Books borrowed before official regular and special holidays are to be returned immediately after those said non-working holidays. 5. Books borrowed may be renewed for an additional day provided there have been no waiting requests for the title. 6. Non-current periodicals may be checked out for overnight and may not be renewed. FOR ROOM USE 1. All references, filipiniana and other materials like current issues of newspapers, magazines, etc., are strictly for room use only. Use of these materials is restricted to the reading section only. 2. Books and other library materials borrowed for room use is good for one (1) hour only and can be renewed for another hour provided it is not needed or there are no prior request by other users. 3. Current issues of serials such as newspapers, journals and magazines do not circulate. These materials are also for room use only. FOR FICTION BOOKS 1. Fiction books can be borrowed for three days. 2. Fiction books borrowed and renewed must be brought to the library to be stamped with a new date of loan period. 3. Fiction books checked-out are subject to recall whenever needed. FOR MULTIMEDIA AND AUDIO-VISUAL MATERIAL 1. Cassettes, CD’s and audio books can be borrowed for three (3) days. 2. Two (2) days for CD-ROM’S, VCD’s and DVD’s. 3. Audio-visual materials are non-renewable. 4. Students in elementary and high school are not entitled to check out multimedia/ audio-visual materials but their parents or guardians may borrow items for them. |
